Если нету звука в наушниках и не работает переключатель на наушники в linux mint 19.3 то необходимо редактировать файлы по пути /usr/share/pulseaudio/alsa-mixer/paths;
analog-output-headphones.conf analog-output-headphones-2.conf
В файле analog-output-headphones.conf:[/size]
Удаляем:
